Job summary

8Fleet Inc. is seeking a hands-on Fleet Specialist to join our Miami hub. You will ensure vehicle readiness, manage keys and access, and support the fleet management team with accurate records and basic tech troubleshooting.

Responsibilities include pre- and post-ride inspections, vehicle staging, and general administrative support to keep drivers moving smoothly across shifts. A high school diploma and ability to multitask are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous logistics, warehouse, or fleet experience is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Strong verbal communication and professional attitude.
• Able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Vehicle and key management at start and end of each shift.
• Assist with basic cleaning and staging of vehicles.
• Conduct pre- and post-ride inspections and report issues.
• Troubleshoot basic fleet app issues and escalate when needed.
• Maintain records of assignments, vehicle condition, and activity.
• Provide general administrative support to the fleet management team.
