Big Drop NYC is seeking an experienced Store Sales Lead/Retail Key Holder for our Miami Beach store. You will drive sales, mentor staff, and deliver a highly personalized shopping experience that reflects our brand.

The role requires connecting with clients, styling complete looks, building relationships, and closing sales while leading by example on the floor. Flexibility for weekends and peak periods is essential.

Formación

• Minimum 2+ years of retail sales experience in contemporary fashion.
• Experience as a Key Holder or in retail leadership preferred.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Strong clienteling and relationship-building skills.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Drive and exceed individual KPI goals with top-tier customer service.
• Lead on the sales floor, model behavior, and motivate the team.
• Style clients head-to-toe and offer knowledgeable product recommendations.
• Build a personal client book through outreach, appointments, and follow-up.
• Support store manager with goals, priorities, and operations.
• Open/close the store and maintain an organized, customer-ready environment.
• Stay current on designers, arrivals, and inventory; share insights with leadership.
• Support VIPs, events, and promotional activities as needed.
