Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Customer Experience: Deliver excellent customer service by welcoming customers, understanding needs, and providing personalized recommendations.
• Sales Performance: Contribute to achieving individual and store sales targets through customer engagement and product knowledge.
• Product Knowledge and Styling: Understand brand, collections and products to provide styling suggestions.
• Store Presentation and Visual Merchandising: Maintain an attractive, clean and organized sales floor following brand standards.
• Stockroom and Inventory Support: Assist with receiving, organizing and replenishing merchandise to ensure product availability.
• Omnichannel Fulfillment: Support online order fulfillment including picking, packing and processing orders.
• Daily Store Operations: Assist with opening/closing procedures and cash register operations.
• Teamwork and Communication: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth store operations.
• Loss Prevention and Asset Protection: Follow policies to protect merchandise and maintain a safe environment.
• Flexibility and Adaptability: Support store priorities and maintain professional attitude.
