Big Drop NYC is seeking an experienced Store Manager for our Miami Beach boutique. The role combines sales leadership with strong operational ownership, team development, and a focus on delivering a personalized, high-end customer experience.

The ideal candidate is energetic, proactive, and results-driven, with a proven ability to coach a team, manage daily operations, and exceed sales goals while maintaining exceptional service and store standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years Retail Store Management experience required.
• Customer centric—proven ability to foster and maintain personal relationships with clients.
• Experience in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment and in driving sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of daily store operations, team performance, sales results, and overall store standards.
• Lead, motivate, coach, and develop the sales team to achieve sales goals.
• Establish expectations and a high-performance sales culture through coaching and feedback.
• Manage scheduling, onboarding, training, and team development for operational efficiency.
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance, KPIs, conversion, and AOV.
• Identify opportunities and implement strategies to drive revenue and profitability.
• Lead by example on the sales floor with client engagement, styling, and customer service.
• Develop client relationships and lead team clienteling, including outreach and appointments.
• Maintain knowledge of designers, arrivals, best sellers, inventory, and trends.
• Oversee opening/closing, cash handling, reporting, inventory, transfers, and back-stock.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and follow-through on RTVs, RAs, SWAPs, tailoring, and QC.
• Adhere to policies and loss prevention while seeking process improvements.
• Partner with departments on storytelling, merchandising, and events to grow the business.
• Resolve escalated client and team issues professionally and proactively.
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-standards work environment.
