Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of retail sales experience, preferably in contemporary, premium, designer, or luxury fashion.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed individual sales goals.
• Strong clienteling experience and ability to build meaningful customer relationships.
• Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, holidays, and peak retail periods.

Responsibilities

• Drive and exceed individual KPI goals by ensuring the highest level of customer service and quality of sales.
• Apply business acumen to drive the business and build long-term solutions.
• Deliver an elevated client experience acting as a brand ambassador and engage customers to ensure long-lasting relationships.
• Confidently style clients from head to toe and provide honest, knowledgeable recommendations on fit, styling, and product selection.
• Maintain strong personal client book through outreach, styling appointments, and new-arrival communication.
• Develop lasting client relationships that drive repeat business, customer loyalty and Big Drop brand allegiance.
• Lead by example on the sales floor to foster an energetic, accountable, and target-driven culture.
• Open and close the store and complete related procedures.
