Job summary

Centerstone is seeking a MI/IDD Residential Program Manager in Herrin, IL to supervise program operations and staff while ensuring compliance with safety and licensing standards.

The role focuses on delivering recovery-focused, trauma-informed services, developing treatment plans, and maintaining thorough documentation for an assigned caseload. The candidate will lead a team to meet KPI targets and promote excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services, or 15 years of equivalent experience and QMHP/QIDP supervision.
• At least 5 years of supervisory experience; 24/7 program experience preferred.
• QIDP certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise program operations and staff to ensure safe, compliant service delivery.
• Conduct assessments and develop service plans with documentation.
• Meet KPI targets and provide high-quality client services.
• Manage intake, assessments, discharge planning, and referrals as assigned.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation with appropriate terminology and records.
