Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services or HS diploma with 15 years of experience in human services, QMHP/QIDP preferred.
• At least 5 years of supervisory experience in a 24/7 operation.
• QMHP certification or ability to obtain certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program operations to teach residents skills in a least restrictive setting.
• Perform assessments and develop service plans; maintain documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety, licensing standards and medical records.
• Meet KPI expectations and deliver recovery-focused, evidence-based services.
• Provide staff supervision and foster excellent customer experience.
• Manage crisis situations and coordinate referrals when clinically indicated.
• Attend staff meetings, clinical staffings, and participate in quality assurance.
