Responsibilities

• Supervise program operations and ensure safety and licensing compliance.
• Provide recovery-focused clinical services with assessments and service plans.
• Meet or exceed KPIs; deliver direct client services to support growth.
• Maintain legible, accurate, timely documentation and audit-ready records.
• Foster excellent customer service and teamwork within a treatment team.
• Assist with crisis management, referrals and linkage to resources.
• Participate in staff meetings, committees and quality assurance activities.
• Maintain required certifications including QMHP/QIDP as applicable.
