Job summary

Flagship Communities is seeking an experienced Property Manager for one of our Manufactured Housing communities. You will manage daily operations, tenant relations, and leasing of homes and lots, with a strong focus on resident retention and service excellence.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in property management, is personable, detail-oriented, and sales-driven. Responsibilities include advertising vacancies, collecting rents, overseeing repairs, enforcing rules, and preparing reports.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of property management experience required.
• Experience leasing homes and lots beneficial.
• Strong customer service and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Attract tenants by advertising vacancies and referrals.
• Collect rents, pay bills, forecast requirements, and analyze variances.
• Maintain property by resolving tenant complaints and supervising repairs.
• Secure property by maintaining security devices and enforcing policies.
• Negotiate leases and collect security deposits.
