Qualifications

• Must have 2-5 years of experience in Property Management.
• Experience managing multifamily communities preferred.
• Customer-service oriented with strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Attract tenants by advertising vacancies and showing units.
• Collect rents, forecast requirements, and manage expenditures.
• Maintain property by addressing tenant complaints and repairs.
• Enforce occupancy rules, inspect vacant units, and coordinate renovations.
• Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing data.
• Negotiate leases and collect security deposits.
