Job summary

Flagship Communities is seeking an experienced Property Manager for a Manufactured Housing Community. The role focuses on community management, resident relations, daily operations, and both selling/renting homes and leasing lots for external buyers.

The ideal candidate has 2-5 years of property management experience, is highly personable, detail-oriented and customer-service driven, and can work independently within a team. Weekly Pay is offered along with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years property management experience
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation and able to pass a drug test

Responsibilities

• Attract tenants by advertising vacancies and showing units
• Collect rents, pay bills, forecast requirements and manage expenditures
• Maintain property by addressing tenant concerns, enforcing rules, and coordinating repairs
• Negotiate leases and collect security deposits
• Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing data
