Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, public relations, or a related field.
• At least 6 years of relevant work experience.
• Demonstrated experience showing a strong commitment to customer service.
• Collaborative experience working in teams across multiple departments.
• Ability to work evenings or weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support an alumni relations strategy for events, programs, and communications.
• Manage MHA Alumni Advisory Board (AAB) and its committees; prepare materials and schedule meetings.
• Supervise graduate assistants assigned to alumni relations work.
• Plan and execute events and volunteer programs for MHA alumni.
• Develop three alumni newsletters per year in coordination with SPH Communications.
• Highlight alumni achievements and promote program needs and opportunities.
