Job summary

University of Minnesota seeks a Senior Director of Alumni Networks to drive engagement across affinity, corporate, and entrepreneur networks. This player-coach leader oversees national and international programs and ensures unified metrics and alumni-first focus.

You will report to the AVP of Engagement and manage a portfolio with visibility across the UMAA. Salary is $81,000–$93,000 depending on qualifications and experience.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree and at least six years of full-time work experience.
• At least five years developing/managing relationships across diverse backgrounds and coordinating events.
• Commitment to inclusion, diversity, and belonging.

Responsibilities

• Lead affinity and corporate engagement strategies across national and international networks.
• Oversee unified engagement metrics and alumni programming.
• Oversee the MN Alumni Market engagement and campus collaboration.
• Supervise network pod members and manage budgets and resources.
