Position Summary
The Master of Healthcare (MHA) Administration Program and School ofPublic Health (SPH) seek applications for a part-time (50% or 20hours per week) MHA Alumni Engagement Manager (Job Code 9761AO:Advancement Officer 4 - Operations Generalist). The position willfocus on coordinating, managing, and supporting an alumni relationsstrategy that best engages the MHA program’s alumni body throughevents, programs, and communications as well as the MHA AlumniAdvisory Board (AAB) and its committees. This position will reportdirectly to the MHA Program Director with a dotted line to the SPHAssociate Chief Advancement Officer for Alumni Engagement.
Starting Salary Range
The starting salary range for a 50% part-time position is $41,000 -$48,500 annually ($82,000-$97,000 annually at 100% time), and isdependent upon the selected candidate’s relevant qualifications,experience, and internal equity.

The MHA Alumni Engagement Manager works in collaboration with theMHA program director and leadership team, the new MHA AlumniAdvisory Board (AAB), the MHA Alumni Association/Foundation, theUniversity of Minnesota Alumni Association, the University ofMinnesota Foundation, and SPH Advancement to manage MHAalumni-program activities and foster a stronger MHA alumninetwork.
