Position Summary
The Master of Healthcare (MHA) Administration Program and School of Public Health (SPH) seek applications for a part-time (50% or 20 hours per week) MHA Alumni Engagement Manager (Job Code 9761AO: Advancement Officer 4 - Operations Generalist). The position will focus on coordinating, managing, and supporting an alumni relations strategy that best engages the MHA program's alumni body through events, programs, and communications as well as the MHA Alumni Advisory Board (AAB) and its committees. This position will report directly to the MHA Program Director with a dotted line to the SPH Associate Chief Advancement Officer for Alumni Engagement.
Starting Salary Range
The starting salary range for a 50% part-time position is $41,000 - $48,500 annually ($82,000-$97,000 annually at 100% time), and is dependent upon the selected candidate's relevant qualifications, experience, and internal equity.

The staff member must be available to work a flexible schedule, including occasional weekends and evenings and some travel. Job Responsibilities
The MHA Alumni Engagement Manager works in collaboration with the MHA program director and leadership team, the new MHA Alumni Advisory Board (AAB), the MHA Alumni Association/Foundation, the University of Minnesota Alumni Association, the University of Minnesota Foundation, and SPH Advancement to manage MHA alumni-program activities and foster a stronger MHA alumni network.
