Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned project manager to oversee the operational aspects of ongoing defense-related programs in Goose Creek, SC. You will liaison between project management, planning, and line management, reviewing status and budgets, and managing schedules with an emphasis on client satisfaction.

The role requires leadership in solving complex project issues and developing monitoring mechanisms with cross-functional teams. You will contribute to building U.S.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree with 6+ years of progressive professional/supervisory experience or
  • Master's Degree with 4+ years of relevant experience
  • U.S. Citizenship required and able to start without security clearance
  • Equivalent combinations acceptable per listed equivalents: NNPS, Apprentice School, 2-year program + years of experience, or military background
  • Must work first shift; no telework eligibility

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of applicable, progressive professional and/or supervisory work experience
  • Master's Degree and 4 years of relevant experience
  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • One of the following may be used as equivalent to Bachelor's Degree: NNS Apprentice School graduate; Navy Nuclear Power School (NNPS) graduate; Associate's Degree or other formal 2 year program and 2 years of relevant exempt experience or 4 years of relevant non-exempt experience; Military Paygrade E-5 or above military experience; High School/GED and 4 years combined of Manufacturing, Shipbuilding, Trades, Military experience or other relevant exempt experience; High School/GED and 8 years combined of Manufacturing, Shipbuilding, Trades, Military experience or other relevant non-exempt experience
  • No security clearance required to start
  • Must work first shift
