Summary The Site Operations & Conversion Manager for eCommerce drives omni-digital revenue and profitability by executing conversion optimization strategies, managing seamless campaign execution, and maintaining high content quality standards across SalonCentric.com and our mobile app. This is a people leadership role, with a focus on coaching, mentoring, and developing talent dedicated to content execution. Process creation, data analysis, and strategy execution are major functions within this role. Additionally, the manager collaborates closely with cross-functional and product management teams to ensure engaging, personalized, and friction-free customer experience. The ideal candidate is data-driven, detail-oriented, passional about growing people, and adept at operating in a fast-paced environment.
