Job summary

Concord is seeking an Ecommerce Site Merchandising Assistant to own product setup, PDP optimization, and category execution while supporting the Site Merchandiser in strategy and site performance initiatives. • Bachelor's degree in Digital Retailing, Merchandising, Marketing, or related field.
• 2 years of ecommerce or retail experience (multi-channel preferred).
• Experience with ecommerce platforms like Salesforce Commerce Cloud/Demandware.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally across levels.
• Analytical mindset with a desire to learn and improve metrics.
• Experience in beauty/retail sectors is a plus.

About The Role

The Ecommerce Site Merchandising Assistant is responsible for owning product setup, PDP optimization, and areas of category execution, while supporting the Ecommerce Site Merchandiser in strategy and site performance initiatives. This position requires strong communication & relationship-building skills, as it owns and manages cross-functional coordination and vendor communication to ensure timely, accurate product launches and updates. The position partners cross-functionally to ensure accurate, optimized product presentation and deliver a high-quality online customer experience that drives conversion. The role progressively increases in ownership, analytical responsibility, and strategic contribution.

What You’ll Be Doing

• This role supports product categories in partnership with Site Merchandisers.
• Product setup, maintenance, and overall data accuracy in alignment with company standards
• Assist in maintaining product presentation and content across ecommerce sites
• Contribute to category management, organization, and overall site experience
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external partners to support execution of business initiatives
• Participate in communication and follow-up related to product launches, updates, and merchandising activities
• Assist in site quality assurance, including validation of product information and functionality
• Support Site Merchandisers with projects, initiatives, and ongoing business needs as required
• Contribute to reporting, analysis, and identification of performance trends and opportunities
• Perform other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Digital Retailing, Merchandising, Marketing, or related field
• 2 years of ecommerce or retail experience (multi-channel preferred)
• Experience with ecommerce platforms (e.g., Salesforce Commerce Cloud/Demandware preferred)
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Analytical mindset with a desire to learn and improve key business metrics
• Experience in beauty, cosmetics, personal care, health & wellness, or related retail sectors is a plus

Additional Information

• Compensation: $30- $40/hr W2 Hourly or $40 - $45/hr C2C.
• Location: Hybrid in Dallas, TX is preferred, but open to remote in the US.
• Employment time: temporary contract. 2-3 months.
• Requirements: must be authorized to work legally in the US without sponsorship, now or in the future.
