Qualifications

• Must have strong MFT platform experience and operation knowledge.
• Experience with incident resolution and RCA is required.
• Ability to validate deployments and manage file transfer workflows.

Responsibilities

• Support, monitor, troubleshoot, onboard, validate and maintain enterprise MFT platforms.
• Provide L2/L3 operational support and drive incident resolution.
• Perform deployment validations and RCA activities.
• Ensure secure and reliable file transfer services across environments.
• Monitor file transfers, jobs, and scheduled workflows.
• Coordinate with infrastructure, application, network, and security teams.
• Maintain operational docs and knowledge articles.
