Job summary

Technology Partners is seeking a talented Managed File Transfer (MFT) Specialist to join the internal IT team in the Bridgeton area of Missouri. The role focuses on setting up and maintaining file transfer connections, monitoring transmissions, and collaborating with EDI, Infrastructure, and Security teams.

Qualifications

• Experience managing file transfer connections using SFTP/FTPS/HTTPS/AS2.
• Familiarity with PGP encryption and TCP/IP networking.
• Working knowledge of Windows Server operating systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain file transfer connections for internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve transmission issues; escalate when needed.
• Document processes and configurations for operational continuity.
• Support onboarding of new customers and provide timely incident updates.
• Provide on-call support for incident response and urgent troubleshooting.
