Job summary

Qualifications

Leading and coordinating technical support-related projects, including process improvements and workflow optimization

Creating and maintaining documentation such as troubleshooting guides, FAQs, and best practices

Monitoring and reporting support metrics, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement

Communicating technical solutions clearly to users with varying levels of technical knowledge

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and improve processes
