Job summary

You will collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Maintenance, Quality, and Tool Room teams to optimize safety, quality, and productivity on the shop floor.

The role emphasizes hands-on technical support, equipment setup, and process improvement initiatives, with opportunities to contribute to DMAIC/LEAN activities and standard documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years as technician/operator in a manufacturing environment.
• Able to lift 35 pounds consistently.
• Able to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety guidelines and site requirements.
• Troubleshoot problems in manufacturing implementation.
• Assist engineers to identify tooling and fixturing improvements.
• Analyze and implement improved manufacturing techniques and processes.
• Develop standard work instructions and maintenance checklists.
• Provide continuous improvement support with RCA techniques.
