Hypertherm Associates is seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer to lead data-informed improvements in aftermarket order fulfillment and warehouse operations. The role focuses on enhancing efficiency, inventory accuracy, capacity, product flow, and fulfillment performance.

You will design future-state layouts, storage solutions, and equipment, while applying Lean Six Sigma methods and analyzing data with Power BI, SQL, and SolidWorks to sustain results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, industrial, mechanical, or a related engineering field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred.
• Experience designing and implementing warehouse layouts for material storage and flow.
• Experience designing processes and selecting equipment for aftermarket order fulfillment.
• Demonstrated ability to use data to evaluate opportunities, build business cases, and measure results.

Responsabilités

• Lead warehouse process-improvement projects to increase efficiency, inventory accuracy, capacity, product flow, and fulfillment performance.
• Analyze current-state workflows and data to identify Kaizen opportunities and quantify gains.
• Design future-state warehouse layouts and storage solutions to improve space, safety, and ergonomics.
• Develop processes, workstations, tooling, and equipment solutions for aftermarket order fulfillment.
• Create and maintain clear process instructions, standard work, and other technical documentation.
