Hypertherm Associates in Kent, WA seeks a Senior Manufacturing Process Engineer (MPE) to lead a team of four Manufacturing Process Engineers and drive continuous improvement across our manufacturing operations.
This role blends people leadership with industrial engineering expertise to enhance safety, quality, productivity, and operational performance, partnering with Quality teams and applying automation, fixture design, and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies to deliver measurable results.
Hypertherm Associates is looking for a Senior MPE to lead a team of four Manufacturing Process Engineers and drive continuous improvement across our manufacturing operations. This role combines people leadership, industrial engineering expertise, and process innovation to improve safety, quality, productivity, and operational performance. As the Senior MPE, you bring a strong background in manufacturing and industrial engineering, experience collaborating closely with Quality teams, and a broad understanding of manufacturing technologies including automation, motion control, mechanical systems, electrical systems, and fixture design.
You’ll have the opportunity to shape manufacturing strategy, develop engineering talent, and lead initiatives that improve safety, quality, and operational excellence while making a measurable impact on the business.

$90,901.00-$151,503.00 Annual This is the base pay range that an applicant can expect to make upon hire. Pay within this range will vary based upon relevant experience, skills, and education among other factors.
