About the Role

Culmen International is hiring a Metrology Technician to support the Research Directorate at the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division. The position is on-site in Lakehurst, NJ.

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Lakehurst (LKE) Mission Operations & Integration (MO&I) Department is responsible for Navy Aircraft Platform Support Equipment (SE), Aircraft Launch Recovery Equipment (ALRE), and supports additional Joint Service, Foreign Military Sales (FMS), and Department of Defense (DoD) programs. The division's efforts result in logistics, engineering, and cyber work products for each aircraft and support system.

This is for future openings; positions may not be immediately available.

What You’ll Do in Your New Role

• Calibrate electronic instruments and equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Perform tests, adjustments, and repairs according to established procedures and standards.
• Maintain calibration records and documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to address calibration issues.
• Require knowledge of electronic principles, experience with calibration tools, and attention to detail.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience utilizing digital multimeters, oscilloscopes, and signal generators in troubleshooting A/C and D/C circuits.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Active Secret Clearance.
