Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering science with at least 2 years relevant experience.
• Experience in a GLP or GMP laboratory, preferably in a bioanalytical setting.
• Ability to follow SOPs and drive continuous improvement.
• Understand regulatory/compliance requirements relative to the role.
• Problem solver/troubleshooter with Root Cause Analysis (RCA) skills.
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate lifecycle of laboratory equipment including onboarding, qualification, maintenance, and retirement.
• Schedule installations, repairs, preventive maintenance, and calibration activities with vendors.
• Validate and commission new equipment; maintain records and compliance documentation.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and manage decommissioning/offboarding of automated systems.
• Ensure equipment remains operational and aligned with business needs.
