Job summary

Eurofins USA BioPharma Services in Lancaster, PA seeks a Laboratory Instrument System Administrator to maintain instrument/software in a validated state, perform troubleshooting, and support compliant data systems.

This full-time role requires a Bachelor’s in physical science, US work authorization, and collaboration with IT/QA teams. The position includes maintenance, validation testing, and CAPA duties, with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in physical science (chemistry, engineering, computer science, etc.).
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Maintain instrument/software in a validated state.
• Perform assessment, trouble-shooting, repair.
• Develop and implement CAPA to resolve issues.
• Complete preventative maintenance and routine qualification testing.
• Install and configure software for electronic record compliance.
• Perform testing to identify gaps and remediation.
• Routinely analyze system logs/audit trails and upgrades.
• Apply GMP/GLP in all responsibilities.
• Ensure projects comply with quality systems.
• Research and onboard new instrumentation; integrate with data centers.
• Provide technical input for validation deliverables.
• Provide training to system users and admins.
• Safety-focused execution of all activities.
