Job summary

Eurofins USA BioPharma Services seeks a skilled professional to maintain, calibrate, and qualify routine and advanced laboratory instrumentation in a regulated environment. You will troubleshoot complex instruments, document results, and guide technical staff while ensuring compliance with GxP and quality systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in physical science, engineering, or information technology.
• 8 years GxP, laboratory, and/or instrument maintenance and repair experience.
• Experience performing and documenting instrument trouble shooting, non-routine events, and/or validations.
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, calibration, and/or qualification of routine and advanced laboratory instrumentation in accordance with established procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain compliance of quality systems and laboratory instrumentation.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and repair of laboratory instrumentation.
• Implement/validate routine instrumentation and assist with research/implementation/validation of advanced instrumentation.
• Provide oversight, guidance, and training to technical personnel.
• Maintain routine instruments in a validated state at all times. Perform assessment, trouble-shooting, repair.
• Compliance - Ensure all activities are completed on time, accurately documented, and in compliance with existing quality systems.
• Productivity - Organize schedule to complete higher priority projects and tasks in a timely manner.
• Innovation - Involve in process improvement initiatives.
• Teamwork - Foster teamwork and support across groups.
• Training - Provide guidance and coaching within a team environment.
