Job summary

RTX in Andover, MA is seeking an on-site Calibration Lab Technician to assist technicians with data processing, calibration records, and certificate workflows. You will support engineering teams, manage records, and help drive process improvements and compliance in a high-volume lab.

Ideal candidates have a STEM bachelor’s degree and 0–2 years of relevant experience, and must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance (Secret). U.S. citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM and 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.
• Experience with calibration records and documentation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist technicians with data processing and calibration record upkeep.
• Coordinate vendor certificate workflow and attach records to assets.
• Support engineering with procedures and data sheets.
• Interface between engineering and technicians for updates and rollouts.
• Triaging calibration issues and supporting scrap processes.
• Create service orders and maintain calibration management software.
• Conduct internal audits of lab calibration records.
