Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) and 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist technicians with data processing and upload issues; ensure calibration data sets are complete and properly stored.
• Coordinate vendor certificate workflow and attach records to assets.
• Support engineering and technicians with procedures and data sheets.
• Interface between engineering and technicians for procedural updates and change rollouts.
• Triaging customer needs for failed calibrations and supporting scrap process.
• Create calibration/repair service orders and update calibration management software.
• Conduct internal audits of lab calibration records.
• Support process improvement projects and publish weekly metrics.
• Maintain asset inventories and SharePoint libraries; publish weekly metrics.
