Job summary

RTX is seeking an Operations support professional to assist calibration data processes, data sheet handling, and asset records. You will coordinate vendor certificates and support multi-team collaboration in a high-volume lab environment.

The role requires a STEM degree and the ability to obtain a U.S. government security clearance. Strong Excel/SharePoint skills, SOP writing, and BI tooling experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Typical requirement: Bachelor’s degree in STEM and 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance is required.
• U.S. citizenship required for security clearance eligibility.
• Experience maintaining calibration/asset records, certificates, and procedural documents.
• Familiarity with ISO 17025/ANSI Z540 and audit prep.

Responsibilities

• Assist technicians with data processing and upload issues; ensure calibration data are complete and stored.
• Coordinate vendor certificate workflow and validate content.
• Support engineering and technicians with procedures and data sheets.
• Interface between engineering and technicians for updates and rollouts.
• Triaging customer needs for failed calibrations and documentation.
• Create calibration/repair service orders and update management software.
• Conduct internal audits of calibration records for spot checks.
