Job summary

Johnson Controls seeks a dynamic Security Metro General Manager to guide a large-scale security systems and services business in a metropolitan market. You will translate enterprise strategy to local execution, lead across sales, service, and project delivery, and build a culture that prioritizes safety, quality, and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field is required.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in Security systems/services or related technical industry.
• Experience leading large, geographically dispersed teams and managing a substantial P&L.
• Strong strategic planning, financial management, and operational leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead metro business with accountability for growth, profitability, and customer experience.
• Develop local market strategies aligned with growth objectives; own P&L, budgeting, forecasting and resource planning.
• Drive revenue, margins, and efficiency across sales, service, and project delivery.
• Coach cross-functional teams and build executive relationships with customers and partners.
• Maintain safety, compliance, and quality across activities.
