Johnson Controls seeks a Metro General Manager to own the performance of a large HVAC and controls field organization in a metropolitan market. You will drive growth, profitability, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement while developing leaders and strengthening strategic relationships with key customers.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in HVAC, building automation, controls, or related technical industries.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed teams and large operational organizations.
• Proven success managing a substantial P&L and delivering sustainable growth.
• Strong strategic planning, operational leadership, and financial management.
• Experience leading sales, operations, service, and project execution functions.
• Executive presence with ability to influence customers and senior leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the metro HVAC/controls business with accountability for growth, profitability, and customer experience.
• Develop and execute local market strategies aligned with Johnson Controls objectives.
• Own P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning for the market.
• Drive revenue growth, margin, and operational efficiency across functions.
• Lead and coach cross-functional teams and build executive relationships with customers and partners.
• Champion safety, compliance, and quality standards across all activities.
• Identify market trends and guide strategic decisions for sustainable growth.
