Job summary

Johnson Controls seeks a Metro General Manager in the Denver area to lead a large HVAC and Controls business. You will drive growth, profitability, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement across sales, operations, service, and project delivery.

You will translate enterprise strategy into local market action, build executive relationships with customers and partners, coach cross-functional teams, and ensure safety, quality, and financial discipline in every initiative.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in HVAC, building automation, controls, or related technical industries.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed teams and large operational organizations.
• Proven success managing a substantial P&L and delivering growth.
• Strong strategic, operational, and financial management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
