Job summary

Aqua, an Essential Utilities company, is seeking a Field Services Representative – Third Class for the Great Valley location. The role covers meter setting with a Tue-Sat schedule, requiring plumbing skills, meter maintenance, and strong safety awareness.

The ideal candidate will hold a valid driver's license, prefer Journeyman or apprentice plumber status, and can operate Service Link, Aqua GIS, AIMS, AMRA, Banner, and MS Office. The job involves lifting up to 85 lbs and periodic overtime.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Licensed Journeyman or apprentice plumber preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude for installation, repair and replacement of meters 1/2"–2".
• Ability to read meter readings and analyze consumption.
• Knowledge of Company and OSHA safety regulations.
• Ability to read/interpet pipeline/construction plans related to Meter Operations.
• Capable of using a computer/tablet; knowledge of Service Link, Aqua GIS, AIMS, AMRA, Banner and Microsoft Office.
• Able to lift up to 85 lbs.
• Willing to work overtime, after scheduled hours, holidays and weekends.
• Performs other tasks as directed by supervisor.
