The role requires strong machining knowledge, client-facing communication, and the ability to travel 50%+ with overnights. This full-time position supports metalworking teams across branches, focusing on higher margins and cost savings while collaborating with internal experts to deliver testing and parts identification

Qualifications

• Possess a valid driver's license and meet driving record requirements.
• Degree, certificate or diploma in CNC, Machining, Business, Operations or 2+ years industry experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong machining and tooling technical aptitude.
• Able to work independently and in a team, with good organization.

Responsibilities

• Increase speed to revenue by supporting customer implementation programs onsite.
• Create supply chain efficiencies and document cost savings.
• Drive margin improvement through conversions and higher profit dollars.
• Support productivity improvement in metal removal operations with customers.
