Job summary

Field Fastener is seeking an experienced, independent technical team member to join our operations across multiple locations. You will work with quality, sourcing, account management, operations, and engineering to troubleshoot, test, and present technical solutions, leveraging your solid mechanical engineering background.

The role requires strong hands-on mechanical aptitude, strong communication for presentations, and a willingness to travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical role.
• Understanding of mechanical engineering principles.
• Mechanical hands-on experience and willingness to get hands dirty.

Responsibilities

• Analyze problems, develop and present solutions and influence outcomes.
• Provide technical guidance to internal customers on implementations and part creations.
• Lead internal technical training and share engineering knowledge across teams.
• Travel up to 25% to support business activities.
