Fastenal seeks a full-time Lean Solutions Specialist to manage end-to-end customer implementation projects across national accounts, onsite locations and branch initiatives. You will collaborate with regional sales teams, lead kickoff meetings, and develop timelines, inventories, and VMI/on-site setups to drive growth.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and a readiness to travel; a Business/Lean/Supply Chain background or equivalent experience is preferred.

Formación

• 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet driving record requirements.
• Degree in Business, Lean, Supply Chain/Operations or relevant work experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Highly motivated, self-directed and customer service oriented.
• Strong organization, planning and prioritising abilities.
• Ability to travel extensively.
• Demonstrate core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork.
• Lift/carry up to 50 lbs (75 lbs for some cases) as needed.
• Pass drug screening where required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage customer implementation projects from start to finish (National Accounts, Onsite, branch efficiency).
• Support Regional Sales Teams to meet initiatives.
• Lead initial customer implementation meetings.
• Develop timelines, Gantt charts, cross-referencing, sourcing, min/max and inventory prep, VMI and Onsite setups.
