Job summary

TW Metals, LLC is a global distributor of specialty metals and is seeking a Stock Clerk to maintain records of stocked material, count inventory, and post totals in Metalware. You will compare counts to records and investigate discrepancies.

Responsibilities include adjusting discrepancies, and assisting in other areas as needed. A GED or high school diploma, basic math, and MS Office skills are required; metals experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma required.
• Experience in metals industry preferred.
• Basic math skills required.
• Ability to read a tape measure, micrometer or similar tool.

Responsibilities

• Count material in stock and post totals to inventory records.
• Compare actual inventories to records in Metalware.
• Adjust errors in computation or count and report discrepancies.
• Assist in other areas of operations as needed.
