Job summary

MP Equipment seeks an Inventory Clerk to record and maintain inventory lists, review paperwork, and process shipping orders. You will support managers, identify discrepancies, and help with administrative tasks while ensuring accurate stock levels and smooth operations.

The role requires handling stock materials carefully, reading tapes and gauges, and performing cycle counts. Experience with stainless steel and warehouse shipping/receiving is a plus in this position.

Qualifications

• Strong math and measurement reading skills.
• Experience with warehouse shipping/receiving is a plus.
• Ability to read decimal gauges and strings of measurements.

Responsibilities

• Record and maintain inventory lists and review paperwork.
• Process shipping orders and prepare items for shipment.
• Operate forklift to move stock and load orders.
• Perform cycle counts and verify counts against system records.
• Inspect stock for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors.
• Follow SOPs and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
