Job summary

TW Metals, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Clerk to process incoming materials, verify shipments against purchase orders, and maintain accurate inventory records. The role involves tallies of goods, tracing shipments, and collaboration with inside sales to resolve discrepancies. The employee will use the Metalware system for record-keeping and must be ready to learn the mainframe software.

A full benefits package is provided. Starting time is typically 7am–8am, with a standard 8-hour day.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Related industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process and receive materials and equipment and maintain inventory records.
• Complete accurate tally of goods including weight, destination and charges.
• Receive incoming materials and compare packing slip with PO for accuracy.
• Trace lost shipments and retrieve proof of delivery.
• Collaborate with inside sales to correct order discrepancies.
• Coordinate with transport companies to expedite or return non-conforming merchandise.
• Maintain records of materials received and upload to Imaging system.
