Cardinal Staffing Services is immediately hiring for a Metal Fabricator in Fremont, OH. You will manufacture parts based on blueprints, verify proper fit and alignment, and ensure quality standards are met on a production schedule.

The role requires reading blueprints and at least 2 years of metal fabrication experience, with the ability to work independently and solve problems proactively. Shifts include 1st shift with potential overtime on Saturdays and a competitive benefits package.

Required Qualifications of the Metal Fabricator: Ability to read blueprints, drawings, etc. 2+ years of metal fabrication experience

This position will require candidates to be able to work independently and demonstrate a proactive, problem-solving attitude.

All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation ($20/hr - $32/hr) as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Generous referral bonuses are available upon hire. Available shifts include 1st shift, Monday through Friday with potential overtime on Saturdays
