Job summary

Cardinal Staffing in Belleville, MI is seeking General Laborers to work outdoors at one of our customer sites. The position offers a Flex Shift with 1st and 2nd options and occasional Friday work, totaling a 40-hour week.

You will sort and clean scrap metal parts on conveyors, perform routine equipment maintenance, maintain a safe workspace, and may operate a forklift if you have experience. HS diploma or GED required, 1–2 years general labor, lift up to 50 lbs, and be ready for overtime.

• 1–2 years of general labor experience.
• Ability to work up to 12-hour shifts with overtime as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Shift Details

Flex Shift – Must be open to working BOTH 1st and 2nd shifts1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday–Thursday2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM, Monday–ThursdayMay be required to work one Friday per month in addition to the regular 40 hours.
