Cardinal Staffing Services in Waterville, OH is hiring a Fabricator and Machine Assembler to join an industrial manufacturing company. You will assemble, fabricate, install and maintain equipment to meet quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities include reading drawings, basic welding and electrical work, piping installation, crane operation, and assisting with field service at customer sites. The role emphasizes teamwork and safety, with first shift Monday–Friday and temp-to-hire

Qualificações

Cardinal Staffing Services is hiring a Fabricator and Machine Assembler for an industrial manufacturing company in Waterville, OH. As a Fabricator and Machine Assembler, you will be an essential part of our client’s operations, assembling, installing, and maintaining industrial equipment to meet quality and safety standards. The Fabricator and Machine Assembler is responsible for mechanical assembly, fabrication, piping, electrical wiring, equipment installation, and assisting with field service projects.

Cardinal Staffing Services is invested in their team members! All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation ($20- $24hr) as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Generous referral bonuses are available upon hire.

Monday- Friday 1st shift
