Job summary

Cardinal Staffing Services is hiring entry-level MIG Welders for a well-known manufacturer in Perrysburg, OH. This is a hands-on, full-time opportunity with room for growth in a clean, organized facility.

Wages start at $17/hour with benefits including health insurance. Shifts are 1st 6:30AM-5:00PM Monday-Thursday, with overtime on Friday; 3rd shift 7:30PM-6AM also available with overtime on Friday.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of MIG welding experience or completion of welding training program.
• Must pass a welding skills test.
• Own welding helmet with speed lens required.
• Must wear steel-toe boots.
• Ability to lift 40–50 lbs and stand for full 10-hour shift.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding to fabricate and assemble automotive racks.
• Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
• Inspect welds for accuracy, appearance, and structural integrity.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized workstation.
• Work collaboratively with other welders, fabricators, and supervisors.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Cardinal Staffing Services is hiring entry-level MIG Welders for a well-known and respected manufacturer in Perrysburg, OH. This is a great opportunity to grow your welding career with a company that values skill development, safety, and long-term success.

Position Overview

As a MIG Welder, you’ll play a key role in the production of custom automotive racks used by top OEMs. You’ll work with a dedicated team in a clean and organized facility, using MIG welding techniques to produce high-quality components. This is a hands‑on, full‑time opportunity with room for growth. Cardinal Staffing Services is invested in their team members!

All employees are offered competitive compensation ($17/hour) as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision).

Available shift: 1st shift 6:30AM to 5PM Monday through Thursday. Overtime on Fridays (6:30AM to 3PM) 3rd shift 7:30PM to 6AM, Monday through Thursday. Overtime on Fridays (7:30PM to 4AM).
