• Follow proper setup, sequencing, and fabrication methods to maximize efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to achieve production goals while maintaining a safe work environment.

The Fabricator is responsible for the fabrication, assembly, and inspection of sheet metal components in a manufacturing environment while consistently demonstrating our partner's Core Values. A Fabricator works collaboratively with shop leadership and peers to meet production goals, maintain quality standards, and support a positive, safety-focused work culture.

Job Duties

• Fabricate, assemble, and inspect sheet metal components to meet production and quality standards.

Education Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of sheet metal fabrication, manufacturing, or shop experience required.
• Experience reading blueprints, technical drawings, and fabrication specifications.
• Knowledge of fabrication equipment, measuring tools, and quality inspection processes.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety and quality standards.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted and over 100 lbs. with assistance or lifting equipment.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, push, and pull throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with varying seasonal temperatures.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and productivity
