Job summary

Trystar is seeking a Manufacturing Value Stream Manager for metal fabrication to oversee the entire value stream from materials to subassemblies. You will lead safety, quality, delivery, and efficiency initiatives across the fabrication process, driving lean improvements and cost reductions while developing a high-performance team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven manufacturing management experience.
• Experience in metal fabrication and electro-mechanical assembly.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and value stream optimization.
• Proficiency with manufacturing software for scheduling and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety, quality, delivery, and cost of goods in the metal fabrication value stream.
• Develop and implement lean strategies to optimize material flow and process efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to remove bottlenecks and improve productivity.
• Develop production schedules with planning to meet customer delivery commitments.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement and cost reduction.
• Develop and coach supervisors and operators for high performance.
