Job summary

Trystar Inc. in Faribault, MN is hiring an Assistant Supervisor - Fabrication to lead the fabrication team, drive lean and Six Sigma improvements, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time production.

This role reports to the Production Supervisor and supports continuous improvement across the shop floor. The ideal candidate has leadership experience in manufacturing, strong teamwork, and a focus on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Manufacturing/Production experience in fast-paced, continuous improvement changing environment.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead the fabrication team to meet production targets and quality standards.
• Coordinate daily team activities for smooth workflow and on-time delivery.
• Monitor safety, quality, and process improvements in manufacturing.
• Maintain production records and track material usage and labor.
• Coach and mentor hourly associates and support problem solving.
