Job summary

Trystar is seeking an Assistant Materials Supervisor in Houston, TX to lead a fabrication team, optimize production processes, and drive safety and quality. Under supervision, you will coordinate daily activities, manage material flow, and track efficiency using Epicor ERP.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 2+ years in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to the fabrication team to meet production targets and safety standards.
• Coordinate daily activities to ensure smooth workflow, quality, and on-time delivery.
• Oversee and document production data in ERP and track progress.
• Identify training needs and mentor team members in fabrication techniques and equipment operation.
