Harvard Integrations is seeking a Supervisor to oversee production and installation activities for customized engineered-to-order products. The role requires directing schedules, managing the metal processing fabrication department, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Responsibilities include coordinating work orders, guiding employees, analyzing processes, and maintaining equipment and safety procedures.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience supervising or leading a team in a manufacturing operation.
• Excellent communication, listening skills, and ability to work with others at all levels.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and requirements, with ability to perform each function under supervision.

Aufgaben

• Study production schedules, establish work schedules and communicate assignments to employees.
• Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the fabrication department for metal processing and assembly.
• Implement maintenance schedules and protocols to extend equipment lifespan and maintain standards.
• Ensure OSHA and company safety procedures are communicated and followed.
• Analyze work orders and blueprints to determine processes, materials, machines, and sequences.
• Inspect finished products using measurement tools and visual checks.
• Recommend changes to improve efficiency, equipment performance, and product quality.
• Train employees on new responsibilities and assist in production tasks when needed.
• Interface with shop supervisors, engineers, and management.
